How to Save Videos from Twitter/X in HD on Any Device
Saving a Twitter or X video starts with the direct public post URL. Copy the post link, paste it into the Twitter video downloader, review the available MP4 files, and choose the quality that fits your device.
On iPhone, use Safari or another mobile browser. Saved MP4 files may appear in Files, Downloads, or Photos depending on iOS settings and the browser you use.
On Android, downloads usually appear in the Downloads folder, browser download list, or notification tray. Sorting recent files in a file manager can help you find the saved video quickly.
On desktop, copy the full post URL from the browser address bar for the most reliable lookup. Desktop browsers make it easier to compare file names, sizes, and quality variants before saving.
Twitter may provide HD, 720p, 480p, or smaller MP4 variants, but not every post exposes every quality. The downloader can only show the files available for that public post.
Only save videos you created, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to keep. A public post is not the same as permission to repost the media without context or attribution.
